A near fine copy in the publishers grey paper wrapper with front panel printed in blue. Small amount of bumping to the fore edge of the wrapper but overall a very clean and tidy copy. While this is not a rare booklet (20,000 copies were printed, and published on 15th November, 1915), copies in collectable condition are becoming scarce. A near fine copy in the publishers dark blue cloth with printed paper label on the spine which is a little darkened. A spare label is tipped in at the back of the book. A fine copy in a fine contemporary leather binding by Riviere & Son. Full dark green calf. Spine with raised bands, each decorated with gilt piping. Compartments double ruled and fully decorated in gilt. Red and Black labels, gilt. Double gilt ruled border on boards. Gilt inner dentelles. Marbled endpapers. Board edges with gilt lines.
