Decorative endpapers with neat four line presentation poem written out by a previous owner. Inner hinges cracked and repaired but overall a very good copy in the original publishers colour illustrated boards with brown cloth spine. A couple of faint marks to the covers but generally clean and tidy. A nice copy of this scarce and attractive title featuring verse and illustrations of Fairies, Children, Birds and Wildlife. --- No copy in the British Library catalogue, or Copac. A check of the Worldcat shows only two copies listed in Libraries around the world.
