(6.9 x 4.5 inches). 4pp of publishers adverts at front, 368pp. Illustrated with two folding maps and one engraved vignette (of the Festival of the Great Khan) on the half title. A small stain to the yellow endpapers at both inner hinges (possible reaction to binders glue?) otherwise a fine, unread copy with many gatherings unopened. In the original publishers brown cloth with double blind ruled borders on boards. Wreath design to the middle fo the boards, blind stamped to the rear, gilt to the front.
