Book not dated but the publishers advert are dated 1888. Dozens of smaller wood engravings throughout the text. Overall a very good copy internally. The original decorative cloth boards are bumped to the edges and the spine had been re-laid. Previous owners inscriptions on the original coated yellow endpapers. All edges gilt.
