Complete deck of 48 cards, each illustrated in colour on one side, plus the 4pp folded card rule sheet. Housed in the original two piece sliding box, the outer box is printed on the sides and one panel with a colour playing card mounted onto the other full panel. Splits to the top inch of the outer slip case and the bottom piece has been professionally repaired but overall a very good example. The box measure 3.8 x 2.7 inches. --- The Victoria and Albert Museum date the set to 1918. A rare survivor.
