The compartments triple ruled, lettered and decorated in gilt. Gilt double ruled lines to both boards. School arms of Berkhamsted School to the front board in gilt. Board edges decorated in gilt. All edges marbled. Marbled endpapers. School prize label, dated 1910, to the front pastedown endpaper. There is just a hint of fading to the spine but overall a fine copy both inside and out.
