Hinges all professionally repaired. Blind stamped rope border to the boards. Edges a but rubbed and bumped but overall a very good set. Previous owners attractive armorial bookplate (Samuel Wells, Jun. of Huntingdon) to all of the front pastedown endpapers and neat hand written notes to the first 2 volume's front free endpapers.:.
