Full page engraved plate of diagrams of a cutter and a schooner showing the spars, ropes, and sails of each vessel. A very good copy of this scarce first edition in the publishers dark blue cloth binding with decorative blindstamped borders to both boards and gilt lettering and yacht design to the front panel. A little rubbing to the edges and inner hinges cracked but holding firm. Overall a very good copy. Uncommon in first edition.
