Fully illustrated throughout with 16 tipped in colour plates, each with a printed tissue paper guard, pictorial title page, plus 25 full page and 100 smaller line drawings. A very good clean and bright copy in the original publishers green cloth binding with colour illustration mounted to the front board, within a decorative gilt border and lettering. The spine is illustrated and lettered in gilt. Previous owner colour bookplate on the front pastedown endpaper.
