Finely bound in recent full brown morocco leather binding. Spine with five raised bands, red and green labels ruled and lettered in gilt. Compartments ruled and decorated with floral designs, all in gilt. Decorative floral gilt border on boards. Top edge gilt, the others untrimmed as published. Original publishers burgundy cloth front board, with blind tooled decoration and gilt ruled lines and lettering, bound in at the rear. A little browning to the tissue guard over the frontispiece illustration, which has left a feint tone on the title page, otherwise a bright and clean copy throughout. A lovely copy of this beautiful book.
