Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Publishers adverts at end. Original publishers burgundy cloth front board, with blind stamped floral decoration and gilt ruling and lettering, bound in at the rear. A lovely copy of this classic, illustrated by one of the greatest book artists of the day. This edition, with Hugh Thomson illustrations, was originally published in 1896.
